What would you have me know today?
something i do when i’m driving and i miss my mom is to look for her initials, SAJ, on the license plates of the cars on the road. i haven’t found her yet, and when i do, i wonder what i will do! will i go off course and follow the car who has her initials? is that too creepy? i’m not sure. i do know that i am missing her and looking for her.
margot lost her first tooth two days before she graduated from kindergarten. the morning after the tooth fairy came to visit her, margot and i decided to draw what we imagine the tooth fairy to look like (similar to a previous journal / drawing prompt we have used - to draw something you know so much about, but have never seen).
margot’s tooth fairy is a kitty fairy!
i haven’t made a photograph of margot with her first lost tooth. today, however, i made an attempt when she was screaming at the end of bike camp. oh, how margot hates bike camp (but needs to learn to ride a bike!)
